Heah man, it depends on how much protein you get beside that powder. Aim for 0.5 – 1 g per lb of body weight (or 1 – 2 g per kg) per day. A lot of background info you can find on my site under the top menu > Nutrition > What Is Protein?

I’m glad you mentioned skull crushers. I love that exercise because it works the inner tricep. It’s very hard to reach the inner tricep

If you are a beginner, this is way too much. If you are advanced, this is lacking structure: t’s not a FBW, but there are muscle groups done on separate days that would only make sense if it was a FBW (for example, pull-ups and db rows – the rows should come after the pull-ups). Also, I wouldn’t do pyramids month after month, use them as a change, not the norm.

Mo: Dumbbells: Bench press, One Arm Row, Shrugs, Military press, Bicep curls, Incline hammer curl, Wrist curl
Tu: Squat (barbell), Deadlifts (Russian), Wood Chopper, Glut Ham Raise, Seated calf raise
Wed: Pull-ups (and towel pull-ups), Dips, Leg Raises (Hanging Straight)
    Th: Hand-stand push-ups, Push-ups (uneven)
Fri: Squats (one-leg), Bridges (wall-walking), Bridge Abs

I do reverse pyramid sets (low rep/high weight earlier in month then progressively increase reps/decrease weight). Thoughts?
