Now I caution you that this is for the really skinny guy looking to really gain weight because they barely have any meat on their bones. I know what it is like when you feel like you eat all the time and have nothing to show for it. I have been there. I also understand the feelings that you feel when people start to resent you because you can eat whatever you want and not ever gain a pound. They don’t realize that to skinny guys, this is a curse more than it is a blessing at times. However, I also despise people saying that they have ‘tried everything but nothing works’. This is the biggest lie that you need to stop telling yourself. You may have tried a couple of things but trust me, you just haven’t tried the right things yet. Here are 9 tips that will help you to start to gain weigh in no time at all. These are tips I have personally used and I guarantee they will work for you. Yep! That is the only diet solution that
really worked for me and I’m glad it
worked for you too! For my muscle
improvement, I’ve been trying so many
diet plans. Until I found this site:
MusclesMaximizer.info
and I could never be more happy.

continuing to my previous comment, you should add 500 more calories, therefore eating 2700 calories each day. if you still can not gain weight then add 250 or 500 more calories. the food you eat should not be anything processed or fried, and stick with whole gran, fruits, vegetables, nuts, mostly something that will give you a lot of healthy fat and protein such as olive oil or avocados. you shouldn’t worry about how much fat you consume since you easily burn the fat. hope this helps!

i might not be an admin or a professional, but i have been lifting weights 6 months ago. im 15 years old and 5’8″. i was able to pack 10 lbs in that 6 months by just constantly eating using the formula lbs x 20. the 10 lbs in 6 months might not be a lot but now i know exactly what my routine in the gym is. that formula is how much you should be eating for a person that works out. but since we are skinny and burn more calories throughout our day, we need to eat even more.

Hey man, love the videos, just a quick query.. I’ve always had quite an athletic figure but I’ve always been closer to the slim side than bulky side but very toned, I started going the gym properly about a year ago and piled on about a stone and a half in about 5 months and it was very clear I’d been going the gym but after that I plateaud in terms of gaining noticeable mass and no matter what exercises I do or how much I eat I just can’t seem to get the results I first achieved, any advice?

Creatine is a preformance enhancing drug (dont worry, its legal) and protein shakes are exactly what they sound like, a shake that give you tons of protein

I’m 26 years old and been through an emotional roller coaster for the past couple year. I work a ton but because of school loans, funding a stratup business and paying for past mistakes I have been short on money regularly. My diet hasn’t been very good , stress levels high, super active with work and I’m broke. Because of this all I am now lighter than ever and not feeling good about my weight. It would be awesome to see some good tips on bulking and nutritional meals on a small budget…

carbs are pretty important brown rice, potato, oatmeal, pasta.Proteins important but gotta get your calories in i went from 170 to 195 in the past 4 month just from eating more and training 3 for days to days a week never missed a workout. Its all about sticking to it. count how much your eating. get your core strong first before you left heavy weights. That my advice
