    Yes, you`ll need to see a vid with me training legs, my glutes (used in broad jump), are big. A bit more about my background, I was a former track athlete (until high school), 100M, relay etc

    Only YOU can answer how well your body can recover. I would do it on Fri. to start and then add in a Wed. session if you feel fine.

    chef buff one more question i hope u stumble across this msg,

    1) would doing it on wednesday negatively affect my leg training?
    2) can i do it on friday “and/or” saturday (both days) will it be overtraining? will my muscles be too fatigue or anything along those lines.

    My bad its just for me looking at a persons physique i can tell if they can jump high or not and by looking at yours you have a lot of muscle on you but i wouldent expect you to jump high. 8 inches is alot man. Your saying you reached 7’8 with your broad jump and then 9’8 right ?

    I do the advanced underwater method, its only available at special facilities (that or the BodPod, DEXA scan etc), the shit you buy in stores sucks, and three site calipers are inaccurate

    I was sick and thus couldn’t train. My body craved to workout. I lost some muscle during this time. Thus when I resumed training, my body quickly regained my lost muscle. Since strength diminished less than size, I was able to become a little stronger as well as gain my muscle back. This happens whenever you lay off weights. KEEP IN MIND however that if I was working out for the 6 months…I would have a lot more results

    Chest shape is down 2 genetics so you cant change that..& for upper chest start your chest workouts with incline press so you put most of your energy into that exercise & finish with some incline flys
