    Was thinking the same. I’ve never done purposeful exercise in my life aprt from school. Was about to but I can’t stand to listen now.

    hey guys, if this workout gets too easy u can do what i do to make it more challenging. for the pullups, i changed it to lat. pulldowns. for the lunges, i use a dumbbell to add more weight. for the bicep curls, you can keep using more weight as time goes on. for reverse crunches, id hold a dumbbell in between ur feet to add weight. instead of close grip push ups, i do tricep extensions over my head. for the cross crunch, you can use a weighted vest. for the shoulder press, use dumbbells
