Grab a towel, that’s all the equipment you will need to really work out your chest and back. A lot of people get confused about how to properly build their back. People spend years trying to build a strong ripped back. Many give up… because its REALLY hard, but I am going to show you a really effective way to build your back. Its a tough workout, but we can get through this together. Here’s how you do it: 0:38 4 Second Push Ups:: 10 reps:: Assume the standard push up position. Come down slowly and evenly so that it takes about a 4 count. When you get to the bottom hold for a two count. Come back up. Remember, go slowly to really get the most out of your work out time. 01:36 Towel pullups:: 10 reps:: Grab your towel, lay on the floor, keep the towel tight, raise it up a few inches and pull it into your chest. Make sure that you keep the towel tight. The slowly return to the start position. 02:24 Jumping Burpees with a knee tuck:: 10 reps:: Do a standard burpee.     wrong. table salt could not because creatine is absorbed by muscle where as salt is not salt contains sodium which actually draws water so would counteract any existing osmosis function performed by the table salt. If table salt had the same effect as creatine, then why do people supplementing with creatine see gains? why is it proven in studies that it is effective? why do bodybuilders not just take 100g of salt everyday instead? Oh thats right because its poisonous . Fucking idiot

    All supplements are pretty much garbage even creatine which just cause water retention..big deal..u could take common table.salt and get da same results..its a process called osmosis..the whole supp industry is a big scam and I have had many pro bodybuilders tell me da same thing..Levrone says da only supp he took while competing was liver pills and a multi vitamin.think about that one all you skinny supplement junkies

    Yeah i agree, L-Arginine does have some effect. Though I don’t buy the main “Nitric Oxide” stuff. I just get plain L-Arginine caps. Its really cheap that way.

    However i’ve never tried like Jack3d, or NoXplode , So maybe Arginine doesn’t help as much as those. but for the price, i think arginine does its job.

It may or may not be a good workout supplement, but studies show it enhances the action of nitric oxide and—in turn—relax the muscles surrounding blood vessels supplying the mushroom tip. As a result, blood vessels in mushroom tip dilate, increasing blood flow, which may help maintain and improve an erection. I take arginine daily to maximize my mushroom tip’s potential.

    If you want to build muscle on your chest you need to lift heavier weight with low reps. You are young so im not suggesting using weights. But you should elevate your feet and get enough weight on your chest that you can only do 8-12 pushups before taking a 1 min rest and repeat. Give your body 3 days to heal before doing it again. If you want a tiny chest that is toned you should do tons of reps every other day and focus on full body workouts like burpees.

    Chest exercises clearly… lol You have the upper chest muscle and the lower pectoral muscle. Do pushups and change where your hands are placed to workout more of your chest. Close hand pushups, wide grip pushups,staggered hands, one hand elevated and the other one not, pushups on a exercise ball and then try to elevate your feet and do some of these to put more weight on your arms. There are probably 30 different types of pushups – another great exercise if you have dumbbells are dumbbell flies

    I love exercises like this that use your body weight and simple stuff you can find at home. Way better than the machine workouts you find on everyone elses channels. Started eating right and doing sixpackshortcuts, I jog for 20 mins a day and ive went from 260 lbs down to 245 in about 2 weeks! Thanks for all the help guys!

    Hello, I know Im not mike, but I can tell you.
    Unfortunatly, I am a guy like you, I am pretty muscular now because I workout, I got abs, biceps, triceps, lats……and manboobs :( unfortunatly exercising wont do shit to your manboobs. I have been doing chest exercises, the only difference is that it now looks like muscle with a layer of boob on top. Your manboobs is due to a hormonal imbalance. The only thing that works, TIME it will go when our hormones are balanced. I know, ITS HARD WAITING!!
