    Man, today was my cheat day after two weeks of healthy ass eating 400 calories deficit/day, after my regular healthy breakfast I had a Southwest Chili con Carne Smothered fucking Burrito with Nacho Cheese n fucking Tortillas up dat bitch. Followed by 411 grams of fucking Baked Alaska Ben & fucking Jerrys icecream. Reached 3.000 kcal (TDEE), and im gonna finish off with a couple of fucking Cheeseburgerz rite before sleep, finally aint gonna be hungry in this bitch when laying in bed. No workout

    The hodgetwins have said themselves that once a week they have a cheat day and eat whatever they want. Secondly, you clearly don’t know what these body-builders really eat when trying to increase in size. Thirdly, when you overload your muscles like powerlifting and are squatting 3 times a week with dead lifts, more front/overhead squats and oly lifts, you need crap in your diet! You will not have enough energy to increase your lifts on a weekly basis if you retain a clean diet.
